Bloody Fairy

Probably you already know the story of the Tooth Fairy. But I'm about to tell you a different one, about another kind of fairy.
I must warn you, this is no child story...

It was a special day for Aiden. His last baby tooth was looser, and he was already thrilled to receive his last coin, so he could buy that water gun that all his friends had.
- Mom! Can you pull it out please? - asked Aiden.
- No. No pulling out teeth young man. You know the rules. It has to come out by itself, otherwise the Tooth Fairy won't come. - explained mum.
Looking at her son's disappointed expression, Jessica's heart melted.
- Let me take a look at it. - she said.
Aiden opened his mouth and mum shook the tooth to see if it would come out soon.
- Sorry pal... It seems the tooth is not coming out today. It needs a bit more time... Be patient.
- But mum! Tomorrow is the school Summer trip, and all of my friends have that water gun I told you about! I will be the only one without it... Please...
Jessica caressed his head. She had already bought him the toy, but she wanted to surprise him the next morning, leaving it on the breakfast table.
- I'm sure it will be fine. You have lots of other toys you can take with you!
So she smiled and got back to washing the dishes.
Aiden ran to the bathroom, furious with mum. His sadness became rage. All his friends had the water gun, and he would be left behind! So he looked himself in the mirror and, with all his courage, he tried to pull the tooth out. It was still very attached to the gum, so he stopped for a while. After a few minutes, Aiden tried again, this time more determined. "Come on Aiden! You can do it!" - he said to himself. And finally, the tooth came out, spilling drops of blood on the sink.
Aiden was so happy! He washed the blood of his mouth and went to bed. A few minutes later, mum came in to wish him goodnight.
- Mum look! It came out!
- Really? - asked mum, surprised - But it was so stuck before... Did you pull it out Aiden?
- No... - he said, looking down - Ok! Yes...
- Aiden...
- Sorry mum! But it was really loose! I swear!
Jessica looked at him. Her son was so happy... She got closer to him, smiled, gave him a kiss and got out. Aiden tucked himself in, thinking about waking up with the coin under his pillow.

But what they did not know is that there is a special fairy for kids who force their teeth to come out. She is attracted by blood, and that night, she felt Aiden's smell...
In the middle of the night, Aiden felt a chill. He did not wake up right away, but he felt uncomfortable. So he slowly opened up his eyes and saw a silhoutte in the corner of the room.
- T... Tooth Fairy? - he asked.
The Fairy got out of the shadows and showed herself. Aiden's eyes were instantly wide open by the sight of the horrifying creature he was staring at. He tried to scream, but the Fairy started singing a lullaby, with her soft, yet demonic, voice, and Aiden fell asleep.
The next morning, Jessica entered her son's room to wake him up, but there was no sign of Aiden. She got closer to the bed and saw something coming out from underneath the pillow. What she saw petrified her.
Underneath the white pillow, were all Aiden's new white teeth. And that was the only thing the Bloody Fairy left of him.

Therefore, be patient, kids. Don't pull out your baby teeth out and don't spill your blood, otherwise, SHE will smell you...

  1. Super creative story!
I hope no child actually reads this because even though it would teach them a lesson, if I read this as a child it would scare the hell out of me :|
    Also, RIP Aiden
I guess Jessica will have to play with the water gun herself :')
